If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products and customer service and satisfaction is our number one priority.

We cannot accept returned perishable products. However we will do our best to make it right with you.

Delayed shipments or no shipment at all
Sometimes packages fail to arrive on time, or at all. When this occurs, it is important to contact us immediately so we can track the package. If the delay is our fault, or the carrier's fault, we will replace your order or refund your money. However, if the delayed or failed shipment is due to a purchaser error (Incorrect address, refused deliveries, stolen or damaged package after delivery, etc), we will not refund or replace the shipment.
