Shipping Methods & Policy
  How will my order be shipped?
Orders ship Monday through Thursday via UPS and the US Parcel Service, depending on season, location, and package weight. Orders placed before 2:00 ET will ship the same day Monday-Thursday.

How do you insure the meat will arrive frozen?
To insure proper arrival, all meat is shipped frozen in an insulated container with dry ice and/or gel packs.

Shipping Notes

  1. Please ensure shipping information is correct.
  2. Shipments arrive within 1-2 days and will arrive Tuesdays-Fridays unless otherwise requested.
  3. Please make a note on your order with specific instructions (i.e. date to arrive or not arrive, where package should be left, etc)
  4. Please let potential "receiver" of the package know that it is to be delivered. This includes gift recipients, doormen, landlords, front desk, etc.
  5. Our frozen meat packages arrive in insulated containers with gel packs, however, it should be put into a refrigerator or freezer when you receive it.
  6. NOTE: In the event that any products are thawed but cold (not room temperature), they maybe refrozen without damaging the integrity of the meat.
  7. Yankee Farmer's Market reserves the right to choose the appropriate shipping method for all products offering free shipping.

How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.

On the day your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking number indicating shipping method and estimated delivery date. Please Note: Spam filters and other mail account settings may block this.

E-mail or call 603-456-2833 between Mon, Thurs & Fri 9-6, Sat. and Sun 9-4, if you do not receive your shipping confirmation.

If your order does not arrive as expected, click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

How much is my shipping?
  Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package and the destination zip code. During checkout you will have the option of choosing your preferred shipping method. There is a $16.00 charge per perishable packaging materials (insulated container, dry ice, etc.) that is included in your total shipping cost.

If you would like to figure your total shipping costs, simply add the items to your cart, enter your billing and shipping address, and click "Continue". You will be able to view all of the shipping methods available for your order based on your zip code and the total cost before you enter payment information.

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

When will my order ship?
  Frozen meat orders are shipped Monday through Thursday via UPS for a timely delivery. This is to avoid the weekends and having the perishable meat sit at a shipping facility. All orders received after Thursday (2:00 pm ET) will be shipped the following Monday.

Please note: The shipping method that you select in checkout is the transit time for the perishable meat package itself. It is not an indication of how long it will take for you to receive from the time you place the order (since we only ship on Monday through Thursday).
